Project RESET intends to recruit a total of 4,500 participants for our cohort study.

We are looking out for
-
Singaporeans or Permanent Residents
-
40-70 years old
-
ASCVD score >= 5%
-
Diabetes *limited*

However, if any of the criteria below is applicable to you, you will not be eligible for the study:

Pregnant or breast feeding (for female participants)
-
Previous history of heart attack or stroke
What to expect
This study will last for 5 years but it may last up to 10 years where we do a follow-up phone call. You will be invited to different study sites for the visits throughout the 5 years of research study. You may not be required to come for all the visits.
